Yes, the BKK protestors have made it. They finally caused the closure of the airport and that spelt the end of the BKK trip which the 4 of us have been looking forward to. no more colour theme, black and white theme or the cute theme or everyday-massages, sharkfin soup or birdnest. we started counting down from x no of working days and now say sayonara to BKK.

instead, we are deciding to go to shanghai. yes da shang hai. haha. if everything goes well, we will be booking the trip tomorrow. still going on the same period, just leaving sing 1 day earlier, on the 6th now but still back on the 11th. we will be following a tour so no mind breaking over where to go and which day itnerary to follow. and hopefully no more throwing of tempers, like what ssm has been reminding me about.

oh while typing this entry, i suddenly rmb ruiling went to shanghai some time back with bf. haha, gg to sms her ask what hotel she stayed in and the general feedback on shanghai.

and today is my bro's b'd. his 2nd b'd out of singapore. even so, he gets to celebrate his b'd with his new frens this yr. rmb he is staying with my mom's fren over at vegas right now? well, this real sweet fren of my mom threw a surprise b'd party for my bro. she contacted all his frens in school and they appeared last sat to attend his early b'd celebration, all out of the courtesy of my mom's fren. so sweet of her right! imagine all ur newly made frens singing different b'd songs to u. how cool is that! his frens really are international, lol, from korean, japan, hongkie etc etc etc. and this morning mom woke up real early. puzzled, i asked her why. it turned out that she's waiting to call my bro and her fren over at vegas to thank her. i asked why, as i know that she has already expressed her gratitude to her for throwing a b'd party for my bro last sat. apparently, my mom's fren decided to treat my bro a b'd dinner on tues night (vegas time) which is sing's morning. that's not all, my mom fren even suggested for my mom to call them while they are in the car and on the way for dinner. purpose is so that my mom can join them sing happy b'd song to my bro over the handsfree mode of the phone. wah, trust her to think of that! she's really a vvv nice person. seeing her smile brightens ur day, i aint kidding....

this is the 1st photo taking with her the first day we arrive in vegas.. my mom's fren in vegas is the one sitting beside her. The girl beside my bro is my mom's fren daughter. pretty girl!
