Totally amazing goal by scholes on their match against Barcelona! like a silent killer, caught everyone off guard by his attack. its not surprising to have players like ronaldo or rooney scoring but for scholes.. its a breakthru, given his age and he has been playing for the club since he's 14. but he's definitely a worthy player to don that manu jersey and playing for the club in the finals. Hurray, he's the superhero! =))

with chelsea beating liverpool, manu will be meeting chelsea in the finals. chelsea again, the current threat for epl. a chance for double victory for both clubs. the games are definitely getting more exciting to see!

the thing I like about wtaching soccer is that the ball is so round you wouldnt know who is the winner till the last beep of the whistle. so it keeps you wanting to watch it till the end. and such viewing pleasure is more evident with stronger and powerful clubs. One club may be domineering throughout the game, with higher total shots and higher possession %, but still it does not give the 100% guarantee that you win the game. it could be a draw or in Barcelona case, a lost in the game. thrilling right?

then again, 风水轮流转. there are times when I see manu in Barcelona's shoes too, but I'm glad that in this semi finals its not them. Double victory, manu! I will be up and ready to watch the finals for champions league.

a little bit of narcissism won't hurt, and vanity isn't a sin.
