photo was taken when i went k-ing with doreen and emelia on monday. we have lessons only at 430 but with the intention of maximising the day, we arranged to go k lunch then pilates at 3 and lecture at 430. in the end, we missed our pilates. haha

after that we went for our lecture. and everyone in the lecture hall was totally disgusted by this TEACHING ASSISTANT of ours. (nb: note that teacher assistance) no, she isnt a professor neither is she the tutor coordinator of my only core this semester. but good gracious, she ACTED like one. we had a guest speaker that day and those who have eyes will know her hidden agenda over her hyper act-cute gestures throughout the 2 hours lecture.

Our guest speaker, i admit, is handsome. a caucasian holding the VP of HR in some XX company. tall, attractive but his lecture a bit too lengthy and gets realie dry and sleep-alluring at some point. anyway back to that teacher assistant. well, i duno what she wants lar, but that was the first time i see a rude teacher assistant keep interrupting the guest speaker. she will go like this "ahem, class do you all know what does ______ means?" SUDDENLY. then the guest speaker was forced to stop talking and then she will scan through the lecture hall with her eagle eyes and then say "ay, im looking for a intelligent face who can answer this question. oh that HANDSOME man wearing the monkey top, could you answer the question?" then like an eager eagle which has spotted its prey and moving quickly to it, she then walked over to this poor guy side, with one of her hands constantly playing and twirling her long un-nice hair. not forgetting all these while, she has been using the lil-child 'tei' voice.

for heavens sake, she is so er xin. i mean given her age and doing all these with everyone obviously talking behind her back endlessly. somewhere in the middle of the lecture, when our guest speaker was showing a slide on some comparisons, she stopped in her tracks along the lecture hall stairs and tilted her head to her left side. purpose: coz there are some words that were shown horizontally and to get a look at these words, she tilted her head onto her LEFT SIDE. as i said earlier, she has long hair so naturally her hair all fell to her left side. (try to imagine ur hair long and u trying to dry it with your towel so usually u will tilt to one side and dry the long hair. yup, thats exactly how she looked like then)

ohmygod. that was the ultimate. my fren hope that she sprained her neck as a result. fyi, she did that in the middle of the lecture hall too. where everyone behind her started this lil commotion, saying how acting cute she was, how thriple AA (attract attention) she was. good gracious. im totally speechlesss and super duper disgusted over her behaviour. throughout the lecture, our the other two lectures did not even say a single word. they dint prompt us for questions to direct our guest speaker, they dint go around playing with their hair, they dint try to catch the guest speaker attention, neither do they try to share their own thoughts with the guest speaker. (yesh, u are right. that teacher assistant did all the above)

SICK. there will be a couple more guest speaker coming for our lecture. i bet the next lecture nxt monday, the turnout number will be down by half. i have already decided to give that lecture a miss, even though i will be going to school on monday for my pilates.

she will continue to be everyone's talk for the rest of this semester. how i wish we got to evaluate this teacher assistant at the end of the semester (the school practices class evaluation of all our tutors/lecturers). all of us will know exactly how and what to evaluate her.

oh btw, our guest speaker is happily married and i was telling emelia and doreen on our way home that the act cute teacher assistant will be the main reason why i will stop twirling and playing my hair from now on.
