Yesterday had the sheares-hall3 exchange. Resisdents from nus sheares hall came over ntu for a day's competition with us. Sheares hall is realie good in sports i guess, coz they beat many of the games. Overall, hall 3 only won hockey and badminton, i thinik and the rest of the games we lost. Volleyball lost too. The weather was like so sunny(again!) when the girls had the match but once its the guys' turn, the weather turns cooler and looks like its gg to rain can..I woke up at 730am on friday and went on sleepless till sunday morning 10am.

Aniwae, after the sheares hall, bathed and im off to meet linda and gang at expo for mayday concert. yup, the event i have been looking forward the whole week. finally its here! Was supposed to wear red coz boon theng read in the papers that mayday likes red or what lar. So when me and eileen reached expo, there are realie many people in red lo. lucky the top i wore wasnt any closer to red. muahhaha. if not, i will feel quite weird to see so many ple wearing the same colour as me. aniwae, linda and the rest did wear red. haha. onli me and eileen dint. The concert started at 840 and lasted till over midnite can. Mayday sang realie a lot of songs and the crowd went from high to even higher. Even though there are some songs that i dun find it familar(i wasnt much of a mayday fan), but i try to be as high too lar..lol..and my legs are aching from all the standings and swayings. not forgeting the aching hands too! Thanks to edmund, we have 4-5 boxes of lightsticks which he managed to kapo from his army unit. haha. As what i have told eileen, this was the first time i like a band purely for thier songs. I dun realie know many of mayday stuffs, their members life profile nor do i have many of their albums; eh mayb onli one album. But their songs are nice, whether its those shu qin or 'noisy' songs. Was realie surprised that the concert stretched all the way till after 12am. Mayday sang over 20 songs, i think. ren shan hai hai, lian-ai-ing, wen rou, jue jiang, ting bu dao, ye wei tie, lai ji che, zi zhu, su wu kong, xiao fu shi, chun zhen, 2 hokkien songs. (the rest im not familiar) Although the seats we paid were all the way at the back, i still enjoyed myself in the concert. :) its a totally different feeling from the one i got after beyond concert.

After concert, we then went to changi village. Coz we have too many of us, clara got to take two rounds to drive all of us down. on the first car ride, boon theng me eil and weiru went on it. almost got lost but still made it there. I offered to acc clara back to drive linda ed and qiaoli. so we went back. got lost again. and on the second round, i fell asleep on the car. was super tired by then. and hungry too. tired coz have been up the whole day and the self-highing part during the concert. aniwae, we saw ah guas there lo. and they are so pretty can. slim, tall and long hair. goodness, i felt zhi bei when i see em man. but ed and boon theng say im crazy, what for compare with em. haha. linda was saying she realie wonders what is it gg in those guys mind when they actually come changi village to look for gays for their pleasure. i mean, they can always go geylang what. then edmund said its coz these gays do it at a cheaper rate. funny thing is most cars we saw there are rich cars which mean the drivers are rich lo. they can affort to pay ma. realie strange lo.

Feeling rather sick looking at these ah guas and their customers, we went over to the food center. i wanted to eat ba chor mee but sadly, the stall closed le. so decided to try my luck at subway. i saw one, still open on the way in so told em bout it. but subway closed already too. in the end, went to the coffee shop. Not many stalls still around coz by the time we all reached there, its already one plus le. Leaving with not many choices, we settled for dim sum. Edmund treated us and gosh, the whole table is full of food.

After supper we made our way to airport, stopping at cheers to get some drinks. and since it was so late and stranded at changi village with so many ah guas, men, CATS and dogs, we decided to squeeze everyone in clara's car. And i must say clara's driving skills is good lar. coz she can still speed along the way to airport with a total of 8 people in her car. she drove up to 90kmh. mayb thats why i feel nuseated at the end..muahhaha..kidding lar. but during the ride to airport, the car was very noisy. coz everyone started talking. clara blast her car stero system which is playing mayday lian-ai-ing, edmund is bz asking everyone to get a toy from him which he bought for everyone frm his HK trip a week ago, im bickering with boon theng plus singing lian-ai-ing with edmund and clara, duno what is eileen weiru and qiaoli doing while linda is bz trying to take pics of us crushed at the back. basicaly, the whole car ride is messy and noisy.

We reached the airport about 3am? Acting like people who are rushing for their flights, we went "please check if everyone have their passports?" "eh, hurry or we wil miss the flight!!' blah blah. and so, we started to play hide and seek. Why the hurry was because we wanted to give qiao li her bdae cake and mini surprise. in order to be fair and not to let her grow suspicious, we decided on zhong ji mi ma to separate hiders and seekers. In the end, me and boon theng, eileen and edmund while linda and weiru, clara with the bdae girl. So off we went to hide. which in fact we met on the second floor and went to buy a cake. we then hid behind a door leading to the staircase and i smsed clara our whereabouts. It should be a perfect surprise to give her by showing ourselves and the cake when qiaoli walked past the door but somehow, she saw us before she came walking pass. lol.

after that fake round of hide and seek, we decided to have a real one. Again, we used open number to decide who should pair with who. When i got paired up again with that irritating boon theng, we decided to make peace with each other first time that nite and off to find a good hiding place. eileen got paired up with qiaoli while clara with edmund. The seekers were linda and weiru. The hiders were given 5 minutes to find a place to hide and all three groups went up to the third floor. Me and boon theng went to the viewing mall and sat behind a pillar. Throughout the twenty mintues, we whispered while talking coz there were quite a number of people sleeping on the chairs and floors and partly because we were afraid that linda and weiru might hear us when they came near that area. I forgot what we were talking bout but 20 minutes came very fast and yeps, we werent gotcha at all. So we went back to the designated place to join the rest.

Apparently, onli me and him dint get caught. haha. the rest all gotten caught. linda and weiru were complaining that clara and edmund played cheat and so we made them be the catchers the nxt round. At this round, i got paired with linda while eileen got paired again with qiaoli, boon theng with weiru. So the 4 girls went hiding together. i told em where me and boon theng were and all 4 of us decided to go there again. Becauae previously in the first round, i told boon theng that if i will be the hider again, i want to go to that spot again. and if he also is the hider, he cannot choose the same spot as me, unless we got paired up again lar. so aniwae, the four of us sat there and almost slept. and we were safe once again.

actually, all 3 groups were safe lar. clara and edmund dint thot that we wun be hiding there but oh oh too bad, u two mis-calculated. hee. actually by the second round, everyone is qutie tired already coz i rembered its almost 5am le. honestly, I never expected to play the game for so long plus when the guys first hear the game, they wil like "where got ple got airport play hide and seek de? airport got place to hide meh? dun want lar, so childish" and blah. in the end? hahah.

Aniwae, we played again. Boon theng was suggesting that the rest of us who haven been the catchers volunteer be the catchers the nxt round. So, me him eileen and qiaoli got to decide on 2 of us being the seekers. He volunteered himself and so the 3 of us oh-bei-song to see who goes with him. but i dun remb oh-bei-song with em leh. but in the end, im also the catcher and paired up with him again. and to be fair, the remaining 4 of em oh-bei-song to group. but somehow, linda still ended up with weiru and clara stil with edmund. So, we gave em 3 mintues to go hide.

This time round, the hiding place was limited to floors one and two. Boon theng was confident that we were catch em all. and once 3 minutes is up, we went off. we realie searched everywhere for em. not missing any pillars or dark areas. in our minds, we were more concerned with catching edmund's and weiru's group.muhahah. sorry ah eileen. our first prey was eileen and qiaoli. after covering the second and first floor, we started wondering where would ed's n weiru's grp went to hide. we have covered everywhere and onli left the sky train area not covered yet. and bingo. both duos were there. and yes, all three couples were caught and we caught em before the time is up. haha.

Again, we played anthr round. Eileen haven been the catcher so she and linda be the catchers for the finale round. i told her that she wun be able to catch me and becuse of that, she vowed and promised that the first duo she and linda will catch will be me and clara. and indeed, she did. lol. realie made true of what she said ah. surprisingly, she managed to catch the nxt duo who happens to be a strong combination consisting boon theng and edmund. ok lar, i give u credit, see su min. u are good. and both she n linda caught weiru and qiaoli too.

By then,we realie realie tired le. but me eileen weiru and linda carried on playing monopoly whille the rest slept le. Edmund had to report back to camp at 630 that morning and clara gave him a ride to his camp. lucky its near changi too. While waiting for clara, the rest of us went BK for breakfast. Bickering with boon theng did not stop all the way till after breakfast. By then, i was super sleepy le and given my pig-like behaviour, i was even more tired after breakfast. Went back to hall after that and slept till dinner time. Sunday mornings in hall was so sad. the whole place (not only my wing) was super quiet. made me regret coming back hall very much. I went back was becauae i have cheerleading trg on sunday night. dint wanna trouble my dad to go that extra mile in fetching me back and since i know cindy will be around from sunday afternoon onwards, i decided to come back.

Phew, my hands are started to ache after the long typing. Sorry to bore some for the long entry. wanted to blog the hide and seek part becauze its the first time playing that childhood game, out of all places, at the airport. It realie is fun. We even decided to change to T2 the nxt time. And when we realie do that, i will make another rule that the catchers must stay tog when they go hunting for their preys. haha.

Yes, and so my weekend ended. Though tiring, it was fun. realie fun. Did so much things with em in just one nite. Childish as it seem, but the experience is different. mayb everyone in that group have the same frequency, or rtaher close frequency. I know there bound to be people who wil find us bo liao. not gg back to sleep after the concert yet finding and planning things to do after that. lol. as long as we are happy, who bother rite?

Nxt week is the third week already. Results are coming out i guess. nothing to do now except to pray. Nxt semester time table is out too. i got a core with lecture stretching for 4 hours on friday 430-830! good gracious! what a super off timing! and its lecture which means cant skip nor change. can only pray its those once-in-a-blue-moon lecture ba. Lucky nxt sem accounting lecture is on a tuesday morning. STil deciding whether to think 2 GEs nxt sem. I wil stil be taking tuition assignments so would realie prefer a 4-day week but just now when i tried to do the planning, i realize i wil have classes everyday if i wil to take 2 GEs.

Tonight cheerleading stretches for 3 hours non stop. But its productive today. Did many new stunts and i overcome my fear. starting to look forward to more cheerleading days where we get to learn new and more stunts. Although it might not be me doing all the stunts at the actual day (rountine not out yet), its interesting to learn and do those stunts. ;) However, i have problems with the dancing part. I duno lar, but personally i feel tat the dance steps were a bit not-cheerleading style. From what i have seen from those cheerleading clips, their dance steps are not difficult but the cheerleaders have dnaced in such a neat and organized way that have the impression that they have good dance steps. Even so, wil practice more on the dance.

Shit, my stomach is growling. I got to sleep already. its almost 5am now. Tmr wil be another trg-filled day. Hall trg at 10am, SP meeting at 1pm and IVP training at 6pm. Will hav to give the hall meeting at 8pm a miss. The meeting is on the increase of hall rental fees! Everyone staying in hall will have an increase in their hall fees starting nxt janaury. And hall 3, being the newest and cooliest and trendiest hall in NTU, we have to pay much much more than the other halls. It is so super unfair. Quote what the JCRC have siad, why should we pay more for the new halls when we have no say in deciding a new hall for us? I think the university council(who are the ones with the deciding votes to fee increment) are just out to earn our money lar. thot that we are some rich freaks who have tons of money to spend. imagine paying $350 per month for a single room which is bout 10feet sq big?!?! thats daylight robbery! i realie hope that they will be less money-minded and bring down the fee. We are students, not rich freaks in case they have forgotten.

my brain just sent a msg down to my heart and says its tired. muahahha. im being lame. good nite people. have a nice week ahead! :)

a little bit of narcissism won't hurt, and vanity isn't a sin.
